featuredENGAS CSS presentation at EAGE - GET 2025 conference

We’re thrilled to share that our ENGAS CCS project was successfully presented, together with SLB, at the EAGE GET 2025 – Global Energy Transition Conference & Exhibition in Rotterdam (27–31 October 2025). Our talk highlighted how we’re converting the Golianovo gas field into Slovakia’s first CO₂ storage site—a landmark step for onshore CCS in Central & Eastern Europe.

Our talk highlighted how we’re converting the Golianovo gas field into Slovakia’s first CO₂ storage site—a landmark step for onshore CCS in Central & Eastern Europe. We walked through the geological screening, static modelling and volumetrics that underpin our storage concept, together with the permitting workflow we’ve already advanced. This builds on our recent milestone of submitting the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and filing the first-stage CCS licence.

Huge thanks to the EAGE GET CCS community for the insightful questions and to our collaborators and supporters who are helping turn an ambitious idea into a bankable, permittable project. Events like GET—bringing CCS, geothermal, hydrogen and offshore wind under one roof—are exactly where the energy transition accelerates.
